Thanks, Cal.  As I watched that video I had to ask myself:  "How fast could I work at 13,000 plus feet elevation?"  To complicate things, as we proceed into Spring here in North America, they will enter Autumn in South America... with Winter not all that far away.  How fast could you work in Winter at 13,000 plus feet?   When you consider all the factors, they haven't really done too badly with the construction and a work force reduced by 2/3ds and a suspension of all work temporarily thrown in as a kicker.   Not too bad.  Onward through the FOG!    Okiedo
