Not to be political, but where do you recommend we get the money to pay for more green energy and upgrading our failing infrastructure? ... maybe from the Military Industrial Complex? Or  from the Military/War budget? Or from the corporations that use the taxpayer funded roads and bridges?

Solar, wind and geothermal as well as EV's and battery tech is the wave of the future, and required for the survival of planet earth. A need for revenue is obvious, and something has to provide it. Cutbacks coupled with taxes seem rather obvious, short of letting the rain come in through the leaky roof till the whole house falls down.
