Cal, what if there is another delay in the pipe-line? The slump from 18 to 14 just does not make sense, unless of course there is something we do not know. I have not been reading South American newspaper, but Brazil is in  quite bad shape, I would assume, that Argentina is in the same crab. There must be bit more than Piedmont...
