Thanks WBT, you are a Great Digger. Pavel, maybe Orion needs money now and not willing to wait 5 years.

 The royalties seems around 4% and going to less then 1.75%  (if I remember correctly) after they re-coup their $28 millions.

 The whole deal is kind of murky.  My main question is : how come we /LAC shareholders did not have any idea of this deal and have to find out from jdubski and WBT? Transparency would be nice.

 What does everyone think?
