Message: Is there a real risk here?

I don't think the recent lawsuits have played a significant role in the SP pullback since many other stocks in the lithium space have seen pullbacks as of late, however as you mentioned $36CAD to $17.50 CAD is a pretty hefty pullback. In the short term I am bracing for a decline back down to the $12-$15 CAD level if the overall market pulls in that direction, however, just like we saw late last year, a catalyst could bring the SP right back up to record levels (FS or strat partner).

We'll see what happens in the coming months. I do have some additional funds allocated if the price drops further. I am keeping a very long term perspective on my LAC investment. Even if there are further delays in the short term. The demand for lithium is going to continue to put pressure on America to open up more mining projects, and with TP having some of the highest concentrations of lithium, it seems to me like a no brainer.
