I forget which interview, but in one of the recent ones Evans said that their engineering was done and prospective partners were looking at the results. He also said that they were waiting for all of the state permits to be approved before making an announcement on partners. I expect that discussions are very advanced with one or two prospective partners, who reasonably so would want to remove the last potential risks to construction before committing (so permits and maybe the pending lawsuits). I believe he mentioned Q3 or 4, so we'll probably see an announcement on both the DFS and partner late summer or fall, IMHO
