Rio Tinto produces battery grade lithium in the US - MINING.COM

Interesting article in its own right, but one paragraph in particular caught my attention:  

"Lithium Americas (TSX, NYSE: LAC) is also advancing a major project that received final federal approval in January.  The Thacker Pass lithium mine is expected to generate 20,000 tonnes a year of the battery metal, once operational in 2023."

The LAC Timeline for Thacker Pass on the company website still doesn't provide an expected date for beginning of production at Thacker Pass, previoulsy listed at 2022 elsewhere.

Also of interest at the same LAC website is the now published expected date to begin production at Cauchari-Olaroz:  Q3 of 2022 ( Lithium Americas )
