I agree it is important to understand where others are coming from when dealing with a values driven conflict like this.
I am concerned about the timing though. This land was scoped by Chevron for uranium in the mid 1970s . What they found was a large lithium deposit too.
Western Lithium was founded in mid 2000s after the Chevron exploration documents were found and lithium now had a new role.
My point being...this land has been in the process of exploration and development for a long time. They surely would have known this. There have been drill rigs , heavy equipment for several years.
So why now????
