We should also not over estimate our enemies.  The NDEP has yet to clear LAC on our final three permits.  Once they do, LAC can't break ground at TP for another 30 days.  The false start date of June 23rd was never going to happen.  Today was a paper/court win for the uninformed and unrealistic desert lovers camping out @ TP.   LAC will not have the official green light from the NDEP until at least 7/19 so what is a one more week delay?  This may drag beyond late July in the next round but this first delay means nothing.  Clueless Max and crew will never stop the power (Li) and critical importance of TP to this country.  GO LAC!!
