Will review prior investors decks over the weekend.  I personally never believed that LAC breaking ground at TP in June was a real date.  They still need at least 3 final permits from the State so I suspect the breaking ground injunction delay until 7/28 was just another example of LAC "Doing the right thing".  GO LAC!!
