The U.S. Department of Energy Roundtable on A National Lithium Battery Blueprint is underway right now. It had been announced that Jon Evans would participate, and his name was even mentioned as a speaker at the introduction, but he did not participate. Not good.

I'm wondering if it was determmined that it would be inappropriate considering the current lawsuits where the federal government is effectivly the defendant?

I've sent an email to LAC querying his absence.
