Compare Dr. Glenn Miller's views on achieving responsible mining respective of environmentalist concerns with the statements of Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm, who said the Biden administration wants to see lithium needed for electric cars to be mined “in a responsible way” that respects the environment and Native American tribes.

No doubt LAC share price took a big hit today and I suspect it will take another hit after Judge Du renders her opinion next month of the narrower issue she is to announce on at that time.  LAC is hoping, I would imagine, a more favorable outcome on appeal.

I expect fully to hear more from Glenn Miller as attorneys line up on both sides of the conflict.  JMO   Okiedo
