Yup, I'm also experiencing the same issue on TOB.

I was wondering about that corporate update we were promised as well, but I took this release to essentialy be what was promized, since evans used virtually the same line that another member here received:

"We were expecting this injunction request as part of the appeal process and it was considered as part of our overall construction schedule, which is still targeted to begin in early 2022"
