rkeeb, Bob, Lithium Nevada is just the sub division of LAC for North America.  Alexi Zawadzki, CEO of Lithium Nevada, actually is in the hiearchy for LAC:

Alexi Zawadzki trained as a hydrologist with a Master’s degree from Wilfrid Laurier University (1997), Alexi is President of North American Operations ( for Lithium Americas ) and CEO of Lithium Nevada.

So, you are correct, of course, LAC and Lithium Nevada are not interchangeable titles, but it is understandable how some might not comprehend that Lithium Nevada is a sub division within the larger corporate structrure of Lithium Americas as a whole.
