I should add a criticism of the "Search" function here on Agoracom, to be fully "disclosed".  There are 2 separate "Search" windows on the "Link Library" forum.  Neither one works very well, unfortunately, that is if you are entering the full title of an article previously posted in the "Link Library".  The general "Search" window is at the top of the page on the right and the "Search this Hub" window is further down and on the right hand side of the page.

You have a little bit better luck with just entering key words of the article, but either "Search" function is a hit or miss at present here on Agoracom.  So the advantage in having a specific link and link topic entered lies in the fact that once you know the specific page where this article is listed in the "Link Library" it is a simple process for you to designate that specific page to someone else looking for the article and they can go right to that page in an instant.  Yeah, I know, not the best recommendation.  Hopefully "someday" Agoracom will improve the "Search this Hub" function, but in the meantime once you post that link it remains available.  The posts on the "Link Library" are in chronological order reference the date they were posted to the Link Library, so knowing that piece of information could dramatically shorten your search time.
