I believe that LAC's major partner(s) and/or clients were decided a while ago, and they're all under NDAs until the "right" time to commit (on the part of the partners) and announce (for all involved). Let's not forget that back late last year, when they initially pushed back the date for their DFS, they referred to a specific client for whom they would be designing their process.

I think that soon after the legal impediments are over, we'll see the announcements. I don't think LAC feels any pressure whatsoever to find partners; I think it's the opposite. Others want to partner with LAC. IMO.
