I did some digging (for a fee) into the court case documentation that was recently published and downloaded some documents.  Are you able to easily (no subscription) view the two PDF documents at the below links?

The documents contain some interesting nuggets for everyone to review but I am growing more concerned that investors seem to think this case/legal issue is all going to be resolved sometime between the scheduled hearing on 7/21 and the target injunction decision scheduled to happen on or before 7/29.  After reading these documents I get the sense that this court case is going to drag well into 2022 unless settled or an entity intervenes.
