Yahoo keeps blocking my post so I will add it here…..I just uploaded and posted the BLM 6-24 response to the preliminary injunction request at Thacker Pass. I thought the Lithium Americas attorney made a strong and compelling case to deny the injunction but this response from the BLM takes it to the next level. You have to love that the Department of Justice is now helping to defend LAC in this frivolous lawsuit. Go LAC!!
