In other court news yesterday, the the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony and Atsa koodakuh wyh Nuwu / People of Red Mountain filed a new motion to become Plaintiffs in the Thacker Pass case vs. the BLM/LAC.  I don't think this is a positive development for LAC but the timing of the filing seems to highlight the weak case that the current plaintiff's put forth.  Hopefully Judge Du does the right thing today.  GO LAC!!
