 One very interesting paragraph in that article, WB, is the one quoted below:

 

"The agency, however, did not commit to a timeline during the hearing. If an injunction is not issued, protesters have said they are prepared to take direct action. Protect Thacker Pass, a protest group camped at the site, had planned to conduct direct action training this weekend. "

It is abundantly obvious that regardless of the decision by Judge Du, the "protesters" will pursue their own agenda in whatever means that they see fit.  I would draw those interested in the possibilities back to the statements made on the Deep Green Resistance web site for some insight as to just how radical that agenda actually is.
