Wilbert does a pretty decent explanation of why July 29th may not be the day, after all, when the issue of the Injunction is decided and why that decision might be moved back to sometime in August.

He lists 3 things that could push back the decision on the Injunction into late August.  See the 33 minute Wilbert video starting at 11 minutes 10 seconds into the video and through the 14 minute and 20 second mark for his explanation.  Of course, Wilbert would view the push back as a victory or at least an improvement in favor of delaying or blocking Nevada Lithium vs the judicial decision on the Injunction proceeding to be delivered on 29 July, as presently scheduled, as a possible setback for the resistance to the Thacker Pass lithium mine construction.
