My pedestrian opinion of the case after lisiting to the courts confrence call (and the classical on hold music) is the plaintiffs attorney has some pet concepts that he tries to move foward in his cases, such as the placing of tailings. Plaintiff's argument seemed week and general. Just my 2 cents
