Premarket it was looking pretty close to where many here predicted we would start ($15ish USD). I thought the 13's (USD) were behind us. I wonder if some just think it's still a long road till production and are tired of tue wait, or possinly the sell off was just swing traders that couldnt resist the 10%+ rise over the weekend?
