Good catch, Bob.  Note, however that while Judge Du still has to rule on the issue of the Reno Sparks Indian Colony's request for an Injunction it doesn't involve the whole entity of the Fort McDermitt Paiute and Shoshone Tribe, only some of the members of the Fort Mcdermitt Paiute and Shoshone Tribe.

Thanks for that point of distinction separating these entities from the effort of the environmental activists organizations in regard to appeals for an Injunction.  It can be difficult to keep things straight with all the different players involved, nonetheless Friday's announcement by Judge Du still has to be considered a victory for LAC even though it represents only one battle in the war.  One foot in front of another, one battle at a time.
