My sincere apology for the very large letters in the case description.  I am definitely NOT computer savy and when I copied the info from the case directly it just came out in these huge letters.  Not my intent.

Directing your attention, however, to that specific page in the document and to the paragraph that starts out:

"This case is still in its early stages."

That is the part I wanted to emphasize... we are not out of the woods yet with this case.
