Roy, I have written a long, probably way too long, reply to your legitimate question that I hope covers it in some detail.  I think, however it is time to move this over to the Off Topics Forum so my long essay about this situation is posted over there.  My attempt is to explain the process of post removal and what it is that Hub Leaders are supposed to do.  In this case, Pavel and JDubski have done an outstanding job and are to be congratulated.
