I haven't been able to find the source of this information, but Kevin from TOB, who has been both reasonable and reliable, says that Judge Du has asked BLM and LAC for replies to the most recent injunction request by 12 August, ans she will rule by 23 August.

Apparently LAC still lacks the BLM permit to undertake the artifact excavation in question.

So, my prediction is that by the end of the week we'll be exactly where we are now ..... waiting.
