Jon Evans is a smart guy and plays his cards close to his chest. But I can't help but wonder if Ed Flood were still alive and if he ran the company how things would be. Flood is a Reno guy, grew up there,  got his undergradutate degree in Geology in Nevada and had more charisma than the entire cast at Lac. I'd be very curious how the Tribes would respond to him.
