Unfortunately, Sam Shad, the host of this TV show, never got to the seminal question of asking about the status and prognosis regarding the current litigation in the Federal Court system and the legal challenge from Native American tribes and related organizations that has been encouraged by the environmental activists. He did say that he hoped to have Tim Crowley back in the future for another discussion, so it would seem that Sam Shad would almost have to bring up the litigation issue on any future broadcast of Nevada Newsmakers.
At about the 13 minute mark the show does go into the relationship between the Fort McDermitt tribe and LAC and a litle before that into the "Build Nevada" program of LAC and how that will add jobs to Humbold County. The Environmental Challenge portion of the interview starts at about 23:50 into the program. The last 2 1/2 minutes of this video is basically commercial and unrelated to Thacker Pass, LAC or lithium.
It is worth the time to review the video, but don't look for any significant comments about the litigation that is key the future of LAC. As for building rapport with local forces in Orvada and within the ranching and farming communities, as well as with Fort McDermit residents, that subject is covered very well by Mr. Crowley.
