We all are responsible for our individual trigger points regarding buy and sell decisions.  No one else is responsible.  Every investor has those "coulda, shoulda pulled the trigger.... and didn't" moments.  If you don't have at least a dozen of those moments in your past history of investing then you aren't really qualified to call yourself an investor..... yet.  They will come.  No one is immune.   JMO   Okiedo
