Pavel, if I read your comment correctly it would appear to me that you are claiming that the Cobalt content is associated with a decrease in thermal runaway in Lithium batteries.  I may be misreading your note.  In fact, the Cobalt increases the risk of thermal runaway and for that reason and for the reason of child mine workers in Africa being abused to mine Cobalt that many manufactuers are moving away from Cobalt in their lithium ion batteries.

Please correct me if I am mistaken.  It wouldn't be my first time.
