I agree the writer does not go into deep analysis  but at least it is positive upgrade compare with BOA hit job. Regardless, next week decision is extremely important as you guys noticed.

With negative ruling LAC is not going to go to zero since  company has C-O in 6 month starting  production, but SP can fall to $12.50 support and with positive – we will do gap-up all over again.
