Just how bad and absurd can it get with the "Judicial System" and suits against LAC?

If the decision by a U.S. District Court Judge in Anchorage, Alaska, is any indication of how things can degenerate into the "Twilight Zone", then we could be in trouble.
"ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — A federal judge on Wednesday threw out Trump administration approvals for a large planned oil project on Alaska’s North Slope, saying the federal review was flawed and didn't include mitigation measures for polar bears."
I kid you NOT!
Those who assume that Judge Du will just automatically rule infavor of LAC might just want to see how U.S. Federal District Judge Sharon Gleason looks at life in the litigation zone:
Judge throws out Trump-era approvals for Alaska oil project (yahoo.com)
"didn't include mitigation measures for polar bears"!!!!!
I wonder if our friend Max Wilbert or his sidekick Will Falk have any fingerprints on this situation that was previously approved under President Trump's administration? Will Thacker Pass be the same song, second verse, same as the first?
Yes, I know, the current consensus of most of us "Longs" is that Judge Du will not rule against LAC, but Judge Gleason's decision should, at the very least, inject a note of caution into that "slam dunk" attitude of many of us, my own included.
The timing isn't good, just 8 days before Judge Du is supposed to render her decision regarding the filing of RSIC and the "People of Red Moutnain".
Look at the wording of the article and see if it doesn't have some similarity to the current situation with LAC and Thacker Pass regarding the Trump era January 15, 2021, BLM issued Record of Decision approving the Thacker Pass Lithium Mine:
"Spokespersons for the U.S. Bureau of Land Management and the Interior Department said their agencies had no comment. The Bureau of Land Management conducted the environmental review of the project that Gleason found flawed.
Conservation groups and Sovereign Inupiat for a Living Arctic, described as a grassroots organization, had challenged the adequacy of the review process."
"challenged the adequacy of the review process"... now that sounds too darn familiar a the wording applies also to the LAC situation.
Onward, hopefully Through the FOG! Hopefully
