Yup, it ain't over till the fat lady sings.  We still have Judge Du's decision tomorrow morning.  WB DT, I believe, posted information on how to listen in concurrently with her announcement tomorrow at 9 AM, Pacific time.  See his post on TOB.

I suspect she will rule in favor of LAC, but that suspicion is absolutely worthless.  Unless someone has tapped into her brain waves we are all guessing what the outcome will be.  Nothing wrong with that, but it is not the same as "knowing" the outcome.  Stay tuned for tomorrow's Papal Bull from the Du.  Onward, as has been said... through the Fog and the Smoke. 

AQI in Sparks, America at this moment is listed on my computer screen as 233, but despite that number I have to say that looking out my upstairs window as I am typing this note it looks to me that the sky is clearer than it was yesterday.  I can see the hills 2 miles away, not as easy to do so yesterday.  Caldor fire winds apparently died down a little last night, but that hummer is still growing and only about 13% contained.  There was one report I read yesterday that the fire was only 1 mile away from Emerald Bay on Lake Tahoe.  I question that report.  This morning I think they are giving the figure that the fire is about 10 miles from South Lake Tahoe.  With all that money at South Lake Tahoe I would be willing to bet we will never see one single resort or casino go up in flames at that location anytime soon.  Hundreds of folks have lost their homes, maybe thousands, but you know darn well every imagineable resource will be gathered to protect those resorts and casinos.  Money talks.
