Keeping in perspective.

 Appeal does not matter in this case. LAC will start their small dig immediately.  Reading document , I find that Indian burial site is completely outside the LAC surveyor range makes point for LAC defense. And other once : not being recognized federal tribe, not requiring to be consulted with, etc. Regardless , most important decision now is in a few month.

 Ascending SP is not done yet, huge volume will continue into Monday, still can break thru $22 into $24 range. The good news that new support now in  $19.50 makes us long so happy, just few weeks ago SP was in $14.sh…
