IMHO, the author is just another „Tesla enabler“ who things that Musk is going to rule the world, because everything will be done by Tesla. This would be maybe 4th Lithium project, where Tesla/Musk could be involved.

Tesla has lot of its own problems to deal and its share prices lives on heavy doses of steroid. With bit of luck so called “full self driving” will be declared as dangerous and Mr. Musk may fell into the same “entrepreneur group” like Mrs. Holmes. And I also believe, that Evans is not so stupid to go to a bed with Musk.

However I do not deny, that rumour like that may help to boost the share price a bit.
