The only beef I'd have with your observations is that, although TP may not be fully funded at this time, I do not personally believe that they'll need to give away much to finish the funding. They'll start to have cash coming in from CO from the beginning of their construction time, and even if they need more, it wouldn't be much. 

I believe that there's a good chance that we who are already deep into LAC will benefit from the FOMO factor that will kick in well before production states at TP. It is not unreasonable to expect that LAC SP will soar past what it should be, as word gets out to America-at-large that the biggest lithium mine in the US is starting up. How we as LAC longs handle that will vary.
