Unfortunately, I think the decision will push well into March. I am sure the new schedule will be delayed at some point and once all the summary motion filings are due on February 4th, all parties have requested an oral argument that needs to be scheduled across many calendars including the Honorable Judge Du's calendar. I am hoping for the filings to be complete sometime in February, a hearing in the first half of March and then a ruling in the second half of March that may slip into April.
