I've not seen any credible reporting that suggests that LAC is an acquisition target, but some are starting to mention it, such as in the article below. Just because someone speculates, doesn't make it so. I would think that as shareholders we would not want an acquisition, right? I think the future of LAC is too bright with its current structure.

Can anyone offer an alternative to my assumption? Would an acquisition be good for us in any way?
