It is to be located in the TRIC ( Tahoe Reno Industrial Center ). By the way, that is the same place where Tesla's Gigafactory is located and not far from RMI, the LAC subsidiary located in nearby Fernley, Nevada. Lithium Ion Battery recycling is indeed becoming a hot topic here in Nevada and elsewhere.
