Notwithstanding the positive news on the resource size, the biggest thing that jumps out at me is the fact that yet again the timing for the DFS has been moved to the right. Within the past year it's moved from Q3 2021 to Q4 2021 to now an "update on timing of the Feasability Study" by early 2022, so realistically not a full DFS now before maybe late Q2 2022. 

Evans has often said that it takes about 2 yeasr to buuild a mine (plant). I had been anticipating initial commissioning and production summer 2024, but now I'm thinking at least 6 months later than that, so end 2024. Not the end of the world in the big picture, just setting my own expectations.
