Looks like a pattern for Chinese companies to buy out Canadian based lithium mining companies.  

Last month CATL acquired Millennial Lithium Corp, another Canadian based lithium mining company.

Couldn't agree more, WB DT, if I were a Neo Lithium shareholder now, I would be very unhappy about the small amount above market price Zijin Mining is paying for Neo Lithium.

Should be a lesson to any other Canadian Lithium mining company, eh?

China is doing nothing else but what should be expected, trying to be the dominant world wide force in not only lithium processing but also in lithium mining.  Expect nothing else when dealing with China.
