Interesting that you use NanoOne as an example. But, I don't think Nano is in any position to help finance TP, so I'm assuming you mean a true partnership or LAC acquiring them in the future? Nano keeps coming up lately, whether it's by you, Joe Lowrey, or Austin Craig, the Seeking Alpha contributor that recently opined on the potential of a bidding war over NLC. Although that article doesn't mention LAC, it addressed a potential interest by Ganfeng to bid on NLC, and it's all going on in LAC's C-O backyard so it might be of interest to some if you haven't seen it already.
