It seems that senior people in Millennial Lithium were sellers last January. This may be old news, but it is new to me.

I can't imagine that CATL would let Millennium get away. But maybe they don't have enough cash, or the prospect of Millennial's shareholders attaching it's wagon to LAC is a better deal.
