Earnings must be released on or before 11/15 and the CATL counter offer (if they make one) is due before EOD 11/16.  I believe LAC management will do everything possible to keep the share price up between now and 11/16 for sure.  They have an incentive for once to look after the short term share price in addition to the long term.  I should have played some Nov calls before the run up.  Missed that play.
