I am just taking my reply from TOB  here as I don’t want to mess with all those kids over there:

1) I fully agree with you, that LAC will go up. Hence I have not sold single share today, but I am going to regret that on Monday. It is going to likely the biggest daily loss of my account ever :-).

2)Just to make my suffering bearable, I have sold those $30 Dec calls. And no, that $600k guy was not me, I was just incidentally no my broker account when the news did show up, so I have just abused his/her intellectual property a little.

3) I assume, we are going to start way bellow of todays closing price, so I may buy the contract back eventually. And I sold tiny Dec $50 covered call position. It is $15 to go on top of absolutely unbelievable sprit.  Damn me, should I be forced to sell them on 17th of December.

I think, the LAC investors were bit greedy today. Have a nice weekend to all and do enjoy the day, we deserve it. Go LAC!
