LAC made a reverse split prior the NYSE listing (5 to 1) so maybe somebody is hoping to get back the original share count....

Anyway, I also dont see any reason for such move. Price is not high enought to make a diference. Evans should rather sell more shares into this rally. In this evniroment, nobody would notice  a 15% dillution and it would put any debates about TP financing into a sleep...
