My quick take: 1. Proceeds to be used to repay existing debt (Ganfeng, Bangchak) 2. Extends debt maturity date by 2+ years 3. Removes cashflow restrictions of existing debt 4. Pricing & conversion terms TBD. Overall, strengthens balance sheet and enhances cashflow.
