Very frustrating to see this drag out. 

Mr. Falk is claiming new evidence showing BLM was notified of the significance of TP to Tribal communities as early at 2009. I'm not very savy as far as legal challenges go, but surly at some point LAC should be compensated for the legal fees they have been incurring?

What's the end goal here? A big fat payout? Super frustrating as an investor to know the company is doing everything in their power to do this project the right way but still have these road blocks popup.
