They will be in the Summer months coming up.  That should speed up the finishing details, hopefully.  We should start hearing about startup schedule next quarter.

Would.'t it be great if CO was in startup and TP breaks ground?  Then we should look for a partner agreement or 2 based on Jon's recent comments.
